This policy covers this website: browsing, creating an account and placing orders.

• Account: your email address and password, or the email and basic profile details Google shares if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Profile: your name and mobile number.
• Addresses you save for delivery.
• Orders: the items, amounts, delivery address and status.
• Payments: the UPI payment reference you enter and our record of whether the payment was received.
• Requests: cancellation, return, replacement and refund requests and records.
• Anything you send us when you contact us.

We use this information to create and secure your account, to take, pay for, deliver and support your orders, to check UPI payments, to handle cancellations, returns and refunds, and to reply when you contact us.

You pay by UPI to the UPI ID shown on your order. We do not collect card details on this website.

We use these services to run the website: Supabase for the database and sign-in, Cloudflare to deliver the site and its images, an email delivery service to send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password reset, and Google when you choose to sign in with Google. They handle data on our behalf for these purposes.

This website has no analytics or advertising trackers and does not set advertising or analytics cookies.

To keep you signed in and to make pages load faster, your browser stores a sign-in session and small copies of public store content (such as products, settings and page text) in its local storage. You can clear this in your browser settings; clearing it signs you out.

You can update your profile details and saved addresses in your account. To ask us to correct or delete other information, contact us. We may need to keep order and payment records.
