Shipping Policy

We ship within India. We do not ship outside India at this time.

Shipping is free when your order value reaches the free-shipping amount shown above. The amount is worked out after any discount and before GST.

Below that amount shipping is charged.

For addresses in Tripura, checkout shows an estimated shipping charge (see above). For other places in India we confirm the shipping charge with a quote after you place your order.

When a quote is needed you pay for the products first. We then send the shipping quote on your order, and you pay the shipping amount separately.

Eligible orders in Tripura can be collected from our studio at no charge. Choose Collect from Studio at checkout. The pickup address is shown above when pickup is available.

Orders are paid by UPI. Follow the steps on your order page to pay and to enter your payment reference.

Your order page shows each step as your order is confirmed, packed, shipped and delivered. We do not promise a delivery date.
